Introduction
The warehouse assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the shipment in Ebb Central Kitchen, as well as working closely with the chefs and counterparties to ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor order processing to ensure each shipment arrive on time
- Ensure accurate preparation, packing, and shipping of customer orders
- Manage inventory by organising, labeling and storing
- Coordinate with head chef, drivers and customers to schedule shipments regularly
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring shipments meet order requirements while troubleshooting incorrect or incomplete shipments with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B or similar role
- Experience in POS or ERP system is an added plus!
- Has a good detail to attention and able do coordination
