Our client, a well-established company in the financial services industry, is currently seeking an Office Team Assistant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, you will gain diverse experience in team-level support, including complex global travel organization encompassing flights, accommodation, and document preparation. Additionally, you will assist in managing team members' diaries and calendars, coordinating regular meetings across various time zones, and handling document creation and management. Other responsibilities include greeting visitors, fostering business relationships across global offices, supporting leadership team members during their visits to Singapore, and managing travel expense claims. You will also handle incoming phone calls, oversee meeting room bookings and preparations, manage mail and deliveries, coordinate with courier services, and monitor office supplies. Furthermore, you will compile and distribute office meeting schedules, gather, and distribute articles from online media, assist in organizing monthly team events, and provide general support to the team as needed.
Your Profile
You should possess a Diploma or Private Secretarial Certificate with at least 5 years of relevant experiences in providing administrative support. You should be well versed in MS Office and demonstrate good communication skills.
