Join our client's centralized testing team as a seasoned and hands-on Senior Test Lead. In this role, your primary responsibility involves orchestrating the planning, design, and execution of testing activities for a significant migration project.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering;
- At least 8 years of experience with minimum 3 years into Software Quality Assurance / Testing as Test Manager;
- Good working knowledge of test automation framework & tools (such as TOSCA & Selenium)
- Experienced with a variety of test tools, including tools for test management/planning, defect tracking e.g. Tools JIRA, Confluence;
- Good experience with SDLC practices of Agile, Behavioral and Test-Driven Development;
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and approaches;
- Experience with documenting business requirements and/or flows and can prepare test cases;
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration;
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management skills;
- Has strong team skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills and able to handle tight deadlines.
Desired Skill-set
- Certification in TOSCA or Selenium or ISTQB;
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend project requisites and craft a comprehensive test plan aligned with business objectives;
- Tailor a testing strategy, delineating the approach and utilization of automated tools while identifying avenues for process optimization;
- Ensure seamless execution of the testing strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement in test case execution;
- Compile and present test progress reports and defect metrics to project stakeholders and management;
- Identify and mitigate testing risks and impediments to ensure project continuity;
- Drive initiatives to enhance testing practices, tools, and methodologies;
- Ensure adherence to vendor contracts and quality standards in testing deliverables;
- Manage and support user testing efforts, ensuring timely completion.
