Job Description:
- Upload and maintain accurate merchant details in the app backend system
- Work closely with merchants to gather necessary information and ensure data accuracy
- Design and create engaging campaign pages within the app to drive user engagement and transactions
- Optimize campaign content for maximum impact and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions for improvement
- Provide support and training to merchants on using the app backend system
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations, marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using app backend systems and content management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics
- Experience working with merchants or in the e-commerce industry is a plus
