- Ensure timely monthly report delivery by vendor
- Work closely with colleagues managing the booking system to ensure booking system runs seamlessly. Be the key person in charge of working with them to rectify issues related to the booking system
- Work closely with colleagues managing the booking system to ensure timely monthly report delivery
- Combined with the monthly reports provided by the vendor, he or she will tabulate the statistics and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders to keep them abreast of performance every month
- As the person managing the inbox, he or she will utilise in-depth knowledge of common inquiries to collaborate with the IT team on developing a ChatBot

- Pleasure disposition and willing to learn
- Meticulous organisational skills and experience with Excel
