Job Description:
• Attend to all phone calls/ walk ins/ email enquiries/ booking and confirmation of appointments/ sending out appointment reminders.
• Greetings and registrations of customer upon arrival.
• provide consultations to clients before and after their treatments.
• Retail working hours.

• Possess good experience to the above.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess customer service skills.
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends.
