Your Role:
- Produce in-depth companies’ ESG qualitative analyses (multi-sector/region) & detailed reports based on data available through in-house databases and through company’s own disclosure.
- Review the positioning of companies in the sustainable regulatory framework with a bottom-up perspective. In particular, assess companies on “Do No Significant Harm” and “Minimum Safeguards” principles.
- Leverage on sustainability expertise to support stewardship team to engage companies on industry-specific challenges.
- Contribute to various research projects to improve our corporate and sovereign proprietary rating & reporting systems.
- Interact regularly with financial teams to provide extensive advice on ESG & sustainability issues.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability-related fields, economics or finance.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to break down complex concepts.
- Excellent understanding of industry-specific sustainability challenges and global trends
- Excellent understanding of sustainability landscape and data in the financial industry (ESG information, impact & risk metrics, SDGs, etc.).
- Previous experience in ESG research, corporate sustainability management or company engagement is a must.
- Capabilities in data management, processing and reporting (coding experience would be a plus).
