Role Overview:
This position focuses on retail funds administration, supporting manufacturing and distribution for offshore funds in Singapore and Hong Kong. As an #OperationsAnalyst, you will ensure accurate processing, collaborates with stakeholders, handles fund transactions, and addresses operational queries. 6 months contract role highly renewable!

Key Responsibilities:
• Support fund order collation and reporting
• Assist in new fund/share class launches and fund terminations
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders
• Ensure timely dissemination of fund prospectus and investor notifications
• Oversee Semi-Annual/Annual Reporting Process
• Provide data for fund surveys and regulatory reporting
• Monitor Transfer Agent service vendor
• Identify and control operational risks
• Apply internal/external policies for Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance & Banking, Economics or Equivalent
• 1-3 years in Asset Management Operations
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving flexibility
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and effective team collaborator
• Utilize knowledge and experience to enhance process efficiency
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
