Responsibilities:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serving food and drinks
- Presenting and closing of checks
- Maintaining accurate cash floats and tills
- Ensuring equipment, workstations, and surroundings are clean and meet sanitation standards
- Conducting daily bar inventory, managing supplies, and arranging displays
Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing F&B restaurants
- Ability to motivate and encourage teamwork among employees
- Proficient in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a friendly, cheerful, and energetic personality with high motivation levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
