1. Collaborate with project team and clients to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM BIP report.
2. Design, develop, and maintain a variety of reports, including standard reports, ad-hoc reports, and complex
analytics.
3. Work closely with Data team to extract and transform data from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to create
meaningful and insightful reports.
4. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all reporting solutions.
5. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules
and BIP reports.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues impacting reporting accuracy.
