Job Description:
- To oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and healthcare attendants
- Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Follow up with areas for corrective improvements
- Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the nursing care delivery. Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible. Direct and facilitate staff development, skills and competency upgrading through various opportunities.
- Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputizes in her absence
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Nursing w min 5 yrs of managerial experience in restructured hospital setting, preferably in geriatric or long term care
