Job Responsibilites:
- Prepare financial and centre reports e.g petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment, etc.
- Includes invoice entry, receipt, payment and basic accounting knowledge.
- Input data into ECDA Child Care Link website e.g particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases subsidy.
- Conduct daily health checks with the Champs at the door.
- Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps and books.
- Conduct stock-take and ensure re-stocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery.
- Escort the Champs in boarding school buses.
- Handle parents enquires.
- Handle adhoc duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- 1 year of administrative experience
