Job Scope:
- Execute digital media strategies for marketing campaigns, and optimise engagement on social media channels and other digital platforms
- Assist in management of social media channels and their content line-up
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and analyse data to identify areas for optimization
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Support efforts to foster an engaged digital community
- Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints
- Work closely with creative, media and social media agencies to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes
- Perform procurement duties
- Assist in the tracking and management of budgets and payments
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing or content development
- Has experience in utilising digital ad-buying platforms, social listening tools and data analytics tools
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Self-driven and well-organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously
