The incumbent will be working as HR Manager / HR Business Partner. S/he will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in various department. This incumbent will advise the management on all Human Resource related issues.
Essential Job Functions:
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to various departments, developing HR strategies and providing HR solutions
- Roll out special projects by HQ
Employee Relations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting an effective, thorough, and objective investigation
- Performance Management and staff onboarding
Talent Management
- Oversee and manage talent acquisition processes, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants
- Posting of job advertisement in UKG – Recruitment module
- Work with management on succession planning
Compensation & Benefit
- Ensure all procedures comply with Company requirements and best HR practices
- Manage payroll vendor to ensure timely payroll every month
- Renew insurance policies with the broker on a yearly basis
Reporting
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HQ / APAC HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in an HRBP role with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Prefers incumbent with at least 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Strong HR Generalist (with payroll experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
