Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in using various recruiting strategies and deploying TA services for a region. You’ll design and implement strategies to create a diverse talent pipeline, lead a recruiting deployment team, and advise clients to fulfill the business recruiting needs.
- Create and implement a recruiting strategy for assigned region: Define and implement the TA strategy, including attraction strategies for recruiting, sourcing, and pipelining critical talent. Provide support for restructuring, growth projects and M&A activities.
- Partner with Talent Management and HR on pipeline growth initiatives.
- Serve as TA Business Partner to specified Platform; consulting with business and HR leaders to understand the recruiting demand, gathering VOC, educating them on talent trends, and sharing key performance metrics and insights
- Manage headcount and capacity across team. Implement strategy for use of RPO and other vendors to augment regional TA services. Drive operational rigor and performance with vendors.
- Lead operational rigor through mature utilization of DBS to drive team performance and process improvements.
- Create and implement diversity recruiting strategies, including assessing talent gaps, understanding funnel data, identifying countermeasures, and implementing action plans (partner organizations, ARG involvement, brand channels, campaigns)
- Apply available framework and tools to activate employer brand in region
- Onboard new team members, coach and develop for current and future roles, complete people management tasks (P4G, D4G, compensation planning)
Preferred Background and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience leading teams; experience as a leader of people leaders preferred
- Depth of professional experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition model working across multiple countries
- Authentic leader and good coach; previous success with scaling a talent team preferred
- Experience and facility working in a lean /continuous improvement culture, with a track record of utilizing proven methodologies as a business practice.
- Use data to glean insights and design strategies to meet recruiting demands
- Able to shift nimbly between “50,000 ft. and 500 ft.” levels to develop strategies and drive flawless execution with a pragmatic approach
- Gain understanding of the business to act as a sought-after advisor to business and HR clients
- Able to navigate through ambiguity and change while still getting results
- Sophisticated stakeholder management capability with ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a global matrix
