Job Description & Requirements
- First Point of Contact for new enquiries and follow up with quotation submission.
- Responsible in attending site meetings, liaison with Clients and provide progress update to the Management team as and when required.
- Ensure site activities are executed as per job specifications, within project schedules and budget allocated.
- Liaise with Drafting Team and direct shop drawings/as-built drawings.
- Familiar with Fire Protection Code of Practice.
- Technical knowledge in Fire Protection system ,A&A or other M&E trades.
- Independent, resourceful, strong sense of ownership in getting things done.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the construction M&E industry.
- Preferably with commercial building experience.
