Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of Accounting (AP & AR) /Admin functions.
- Focus and responsible for coordination/ management of invoices, outstanding payment. Ensure the financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage employee reimbursements.
- Taking charge of stationery and pantry order.
- Manage corporate gifting.
- Assist in maintain Company's rules & regulations and 5S best practices.
- Assist to drive employee’s engagement activities of Company event and teambuilding activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or other Professional Accounting Certificates or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Hans-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
