Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, chemicals, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish procurement budgets and cost targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and availability of key raw materials and services.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a stable and uninterrupted supply chain.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, quality control, and finance teams, to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of a task
- Min 2 years of experience related to water treatment plant
