Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Customer Service Officer or Customer Service Executive will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle engagement with customers over phone calls and emails.
- Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently and effectively, with appropriate actions plans, in accordance to company’s procedures and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in enquiries, preparation of quotations in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless responses to customers and thorough follow-through with customers.
- Contribute ideas to better serve customers and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Good communication, coordination and people skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer service and / or frontline roles.
- A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.
