- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8am to 12pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities:
- Manage customers’ enquiries on orders, deliveries and product features.
- Provide delightful customer experience through email, phone, messaging and social media touch-points.
- Monitor and follow up on customers’ feedback, requests, claims and delivery requirements.
- Provide suitable product recommendations and advice for enquiries on pet supplies.
- Manage and update online store inventory, and to ensure that sufficient stocks are available through regular and ad-hoc stock checks, to minimize the out-of-stock occurences for our customers.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on out-of-stock arrangements, returns and exchanges of defective or damaged products.
- Assist in product listing, orders' fulfilment and shipping arrangement on company's e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor the daily delivery status of the delivery teams, for customer service interventions, when necessary
- Assist the operations team in the daily warehouse activities, i.e. picking, checking and packing of items, when necessary
- Any other administrative work as assigned by the Operation Manager / General Manager.
Requirements:
- Adaptable to fast changing environment
- Responsible, focused & motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Possess good analytical and communication skills
- Physically able to work in an operational warehouse environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in pet care or pet food supply chain (preferred)
- Experience with established e-commerce platforms in Singapore (preferred)
