• Job Location at Jurong (near Joo Koon MRT)
• 6-day work week
• 8.00am to 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day administration support to Sales team & customers
• Prepare Quotations, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales order, Tax Invoices and other documents.
• Handle internal & external co-ordination of purchase & sales order
• Monitor job process to ensure timely completion of job and collection of payment
• Follow-up on outstanding jobs and perform call back to customers if necessary.
• To collate documents for handover
• Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
• Handle leave, payroll , Overtime & CPF
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• MS Office proficient (Word, Excel)
• Adaptable and flexible attitude
• Meticulous, pro-active, responsive and independent
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to meet tight deadlines
