Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the Japanese food and beverage market. This role requires fluency in Japanese to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese food and beverage market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Fluent in Japanese, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct business negotiations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
