Job Description:
- Perform building/facilities/property preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works
- Supervise maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
- Conduct routine building inspections and monitor the performance of the mechanical & electrical systems
- Carry out breakdown maintenance works (eg. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting and building repair works)
- Attend to breakdown of building services and tenants' service calls
- Conduct fire and safety procedures
- Assist and support any adhoc work assigned
