We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service. CEI certifcied would be preferred. KAH will be bouns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Singaporean citizenship or PR preferred.
