Job Description
- Working Location: Arab St.
- Working Days & Hours: 5/6 days work week .
- Salary Range: $2500 - $3500.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and prepare sufficient mise-en-place before meal period.
- Prepare the dish and cook the ingredients according to the recipes.
- Follow according to standard presentation style for dish plating.
- Assist in creating and preparing menu items and daily specials.
- Ensure freshness of the ingredients.
- Inspect and clean the kitchen, kitchen equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in fast-paced restaurant service in the same capacity.
- Must have sound F&B knowledge and Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Work experienced in Western restaurant will be an advantage.
