Responsibilities:
- Be an advocate for MyTWG membership programme and assisting the team on all CRM-related enhancements and global roll-outs of MyTWG membership programme
- Working closely with vendors and supporting local and overseas teams on Customer Relations Management and sharing best practices
- Professionally handling and responding to member and customer enquiries including, but not limited to, telephone calls, emails, web enquiries, social media and review platforms, marketplace
- Keep up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the members and customers and provide accurate information promptly to customers, such as on FAQs and etc
- Coordinate with the respective teams to follow through and resolve product, service or membership issues and expedite correction or adjustment if necessary
- Analysing data and compiling reports for Corporate Communications team and management
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as hosting Members’ events, liaising with relevant vendors and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 1 - 2 years of marketing / CRM experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills with strong command of both English and Chinese (to liaise with overseas team).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in data analytics and project management preferred
- Interest and appreciation of tea and luxury retail a plus
- Extremely meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a young, dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to go the extra mile to develop customer loyalty and overall experience
- Able to to work exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
