- Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on various OS platform such as Window, linux and Mac OS
- Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution via inhouse ticketing system
- Understand various OS platform as Window, linux and Mac OS and networking
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to company standards if required
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
- Maintains company accounts and IT inventory records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Windows Server OS, Network Solutions, Backup Solutions
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
