Job Description:
- Oversee and guide the operations team in overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and preservation of the property and facilities
- Manage the facilities of buildings, encompassing asset enhancement, contractor supervision, client communication, and operational oversight
- Respond to client feedback and service requests, coordinating with contractors for all maintenance issues
- Compile, organize, and analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement\
Requirments:
- Minmum Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management
- Knowledge in usage MS-office
- Security Clearance is required
