Our Client, a Leading law firm is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Secretary.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- To assist in administrative matters in relation to Conveyancing
- Involved in duties involving purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, stamp duties
- Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement tasks amongst others
- Communicate with external parties to support the workflow
- Any other matters as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/O or N Level with an established institute
- Possess 2 to 3 years of related experience in the field of conveyancing
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
- Good communication skills and great team player
