As an Executive Trainee, you will be undergoing the Executive Development Program to gain exposure to diverse facets of the industry through a series of job attachments, comprehensive on-the-job training and coaching. As a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, this dynamic job rotation program is designed to cultivate fresh graduates and aspiring individuals eager to dive into the vibrant world of the Insurance industry by providing a structured pathway for their development as emerging professionals.
You shall have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various product lines, such as employee benefits, financial lines and major corporate, enabling you to be equipped with the knowledge and skills in, but not limited to, underwriting, claims and policy management, new business and renewal processes and client management. Our program ensures that you will not only gain a holistic view of the insurance sector but also achieve targeted skill development, setting the stage for well-rounded professionals ready to excel in multiverse roles.
Job Responsibilities
· Liaise with the stakeholders during the renewal process
· Prepare tender documents and presentation slides
· Identify different variations of claims
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
· Retention/Renewal of accounts and account servicing
· Business development amongst the various product line
· Prepare, create, populate various excel worksheets on client information for client servicing and post-sales follow ups
· Handle policy servicing requests from banking partners, policy owners and insurers
· Enhance service quality for clients and banking partners
Job Requirements
· Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate keen to explore insurance brokering
· Individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellence communication, driven and ambitious in delivery of results
· Strong desire to learn and develop professionally with the ability to work well in a team and independently
· Self-motivated individuals who possess a strong drive for excellence
