Key Responsibilities:
- Performing sales & procurement coordinator duties (quotation, sales order, invoices, updating of pricelist, raising of purchase order) with accuracy and timeliness;
- To support sales function such as data entry, documentary management, scheduling, and monthly reporting;
- Work closely with 3rd party warehouse, updating of the import and export scheduling;
- To perform order fulfilment tasks and handle all shipping documentation including clearance;
- To assist in maintaining filing, updating and keep records/documentation to submit to Accounts department in timely manner;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager - Direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Experience in the FMCG industry for at least 2 to 3 years;
- Experience in Modern Trade will be advantageous;
- Proficient in Microsoft office;
- 5 days work week;
- Working area: East side.
