Position : Supervisor (For Fine Dining Japanese Restaurant)
Job Responsibilities
- Preferably have working experience in a Japanese restaurant
- Reports to the Head Chef
- Receive and greet guests followed by seating them accordingly.
- Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Manage the guest reservation system alongside with reservation staff.
- Adhere and enforce all restaurant rules, regulations and policies.
- Communicates to Chef for any issues regarding food quality and service levels.
- Performs all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary.
- Opens and closes restaurant shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 years' of experience in F&B industry
- Possess drive & passion to excel in the F&B industry
- Strong communication, problem-solving, motivational and people skills
- Able to commit to restaurant's peak period including weekends and public holidays
- Only Singaporeans may apply due to the work permit quota
