Responsible to plan short-term and long-term sales targets (sales, product mix) in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Middle East, etc. which are set after discussions with Head Office, plan and execute sales strategies, measures, and activities for each country to achieve each target.
• Also monitor the profitability of the business and take necessary actions. Plan and manage expenses.
• Analyze and report to management monthly, quarterly, and annually about variances between the results and budget, and take countermeasures as necessary.
• Plan trainings required for team members, mentor, supervise, and support them.
• Work closely with Marketing, Application and Service team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers and distributors, provide necessary support in a timely manner, develop and implement strategies together, and strive to maximize regional sales.
• When launching new products, create the optimal launch plan for each market and execute it in collaboration with marketing and application teams.
• Regularly collect and analyze information on market trends, competitive situations, new solutions, and our products, and share this with management and teams to take countermeasures into consideration.
• Manage market forecasts, work closely with administration departments on orders, and focus on ensuring required delivery times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
