Summary


The Events Executive is the linchpin between our clients (couples) and our photography and videography teams, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of wedding events. This role requires a unique blend of organisational skills, customer service excellence, and a passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional planning abilities, and a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for couples, understanding their vision and preferences for photography and videography, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the planning process and event execution.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with photographers and videographers to communicate client expectations, event schedules, and specific requirements, facilitating a smooth workflow and high-quality deliverables.
  • Event Planning Assistance:
    Assist in the planning and coordinating of wedding events, including timelines, locations, and logistics, to ensure a seamless experience for both the clients and the production team.
  • Administrative Support:
    Handle administrative tasks related to wedding productions, such as contract management, scheduling, and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes.
  • Feedback Collection:
    Gather and analyse feedback from clients post-event to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably within the wedding industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with the wedding industry and its various components (photography, videography, event planning).
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, contract management, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
