Job Description:
- Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and create suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
- Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
- Provide professional customer service, client support, and recommendations
- Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing, and payments
- Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the creation of a successful event programme
- Assist in refining the company’s sales strategy and processes
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
- Meticulous and great attention to details
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive and can solve problems independently
- Work well with others as a good team player
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc
