In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll support various teams, manage projects, contribute to marketing efforts, and even help grow our organisation. Here's what you'll do:
- Keep everything organised, from administrative tasks to client interactions
- Assist with sales, marketing, training, finance, IT, and more
- Manage projects like our e-learning stream and track progress
- Manage social media, update the website, and create compelling content
- Analyse data and make informed marketing decisions
To thrive here, you'll need:
- A positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in common tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A passion for gender equality and a desire to make a difference
Bonus points if you have:
- Marketing experience
- Experience in business operations or B2B account servicing
- Customer service or inside sales experience
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills
