· Position: Accounts Executive
· Location: North Bridge Road
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 5.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Perform day-to-day accounting activities
· Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
· Prepare and submit GST report
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
· Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in full set of accounts
· Prior experience in commodities/trading firm will be advantageous
· Proficient in using accounting software including MYOB and MS Office applications
