SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT SECTION MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Act as technical expert in coordinating Singapore sales & marketing’s budget, forecast, reporting and daily communication with Japan Headquarter.


2. Responsible to obtain technical support and product specification from Japan Headquarter relating to new product orders.


3. In-charge of drafting and preparing of documentation to obtain approval from senior management in Japan Headquarter for matter in relating to Returns on Investment of new product orders.


4. Responsible to gather materials, data, information in the new investments/orders including finding, background research and justification of investments.


5. Acting as a coordinator to enhance the communication flow between Japan Headquarter and Singapore office which lead to efficiency and effectiveness of sales & marketing activity as a whole.


6. Drafting and preparing sales & marketing presentation material, proposal and contract.


7. All job functions relating to sales and marketing.


8. Manage corporate customers account (especially Japanese customers).


9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.


Requirements:

1. Degree in any discipline with 1 to 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing of electronic components preferably in integrated circuit leadframe in the semi-conductor industry.


2. Able to read/write Japanese language in business level to liaise with Japanese speaking affiliate company and vendors (please specify the JLPT level when applying).


3. Independent, self-motivated, creative thinking with analytical skills and goal-oriented equip with communication and presentation skills.


4. Overseas travelling as and when the need arises.
