Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by contractors
- Reviewing progress claims and assisting in the finalization of accounts
- Updating of contracts database and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with IM requirement
- Providing recommendations on construction and consultancy contracts
Requirements
- Min Degree in building/ Quantity Surveying with at least 4 years of experience in quantity surveyor
- Only Singaporeans.
- Experience in cost estimation of multidisciplinary engineering / construction projects
