About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious Institution in the tertiary education sector. They have a centralised team in the HR function and is looking for a HR talent in the Managerial level to liaise with various internal stakeholders.

Job Description

- Conduct a thorough examination of the Quarterly Performance Feedback (QPF) Review Process to ensure compliance with the QPF Review Framework.

- Organize and conduct QPF Roadshows for Executive and Reporting Managers.

- Evaluate goal-setting processes for Executive staff to verify the effectiveness of established goals.

- Analyze outcomes of each QPF Review Session to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with the QPF Framework.

- Collaborate in convening the Pre-Calibration Committee, including the Dean and Vice Deans.

- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to enhance the QPF Application.

HR Partnering:

- Proactively and consultatively partner with the School on a wide range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Performance Appraisals, and Off-boarding.

- Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, conducting accurate assessments and providing advisory services.

- Work closely with HR functional teams and the HR Shared Services team within the Office of Human Resources.

Projects:

- Coordinate and execute HR-related projects and programs.

- Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and adherence to budget for HR projects.

- Monitor progress of HR programs and projects to ensure successful execution.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates must have :

-at least 8 years of experience in HR business partnering.

- Solid knowledge of statistical and data analysis methodology.

- Exhibit consulting skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong influencing and collaborating skills, working across various HR teams and with staff at all levels.

- Have a good understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
