We are expanding and we are looking for an experienced candidate. The duties and job scope are as follows:
Job Specifications
- Conduct brazing, threading pipe and tasks to complete service calls.
- Put in new gas lines, wiring and other support components for HVAC systems.
- Teste electrical connections and components of air conditioning systems for proper functioning.
- Clean evaporator coils, blowers, filters, drain pans, condensate drains as part of routine maintenance activities.
- Repair or replace defective components of air conditioners
- Advise customers on use of products or services.
- Conduct training to orientate new staff members about company policies and procedures.
- Resolve any issues raised in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients during service calls for top-quality customer service.
- Analyze customer complains and determine appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical and electronic related works, especially airconditioners.
- Able to work well as a team
- Abe to communicate well in English and another language
- Must be able to drive and have a Class 3/Class 3A Singapore driving license
