KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
- generate monthly financial statements and report
- processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses
- preparation of quarterly GST declaration
- assisting in the year end audit
- able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
- any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Understanding of Acccounting Principles
- Experience in SunSystems Accounting Software will be an advantage
- Responsible, Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
