We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, with familiarity on portals such as Gebiz, Sesami etc.
- Develop Business Proposal, tender submission, attend site briefing, reporting of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including QS, engineering, marketing, and operations, to develop customized solutions and compelling business proposals for clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progress tracking on leads and opportunities.
- Report to management on bid status
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field in Integrated Facilities Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the integrated facilities management industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive business proposals and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
