Job Description:
- Engage in business development and reach out to potential clients to understand their needs; effectively provide solutions through sourcing for suitable talents
- Experience the full recruitment process, from screening, interviewing, selection and the final offering of positions to the candidates; sense of fulfilment as you can help candidates secure their dream job
- Foster interpersonal relationships with both talents and clients
- Provide consultancy services to for clients and career progression advice for job-seekers
- Team-based environment in the office with daily active mentorship and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field
- Willingness to learn
- Keen on communicating with people across all levels
