The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate commercial matters and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Undertake legal research and interpret judgements, laws, and regulations to provide up-to-date and accurate legal advice and appropriate legal solutions
· Advise international and domestic clients on a broad range of corporate law matters (M&A, employment, financing, joint venture, restructuring, shareholders’ agreement, technology collaborations/licensing etc.)
· Perform legal due diligence
· Draft key and ancillary documents for M&A, employment, financing, joint venture, restructuring, shareholders’ agreement, technology collaborations/licensing, and other corporate and commercial transactions
· Independently manage multiple files and transactions concurrently
· Forge and maintain strong relationship with clients
· Participate in business development activities and client engagement events
Key Requirements
· LLB/JD qualified
· Hong Kong Bar qualification
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant In-house and/or law firm experience
· Excellent analytical, communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
· Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
