Responsibilities:
- Support the engineering call center department with administrative works.
- Utilize software to support data entry for job order fulfillment
- Generate job number, asset list, billing milestone, and service report in software.
- Confirm and handle consumer requests in the call center setup.
- Work closely with the maintenance and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and schedule meetings with them to complete orders.
- Gather and oversee documents, reports, and correspondence for monthly reporting.
- Additional ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant studies
- 1-2 years of engineering line of service experience
- Has experience working in a building services context
