Adecco is partnering with a global logistics MNC that specializes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. We're seeking for a dynamic Shipping Coordinator to provide excellent customer support in terms of shipment inquiries and prepare airfreight import and export documentation.
The Job:
- Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations
- Complete documentation for local airfreight import and export
- Manage import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and the APAC region
- Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise for order processing
- Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
The Talent:
- Relevant experience in logistics or shipping coordination in managing air import/export operations is required
- Experience in handling cold chain, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial logistics is advantageous
