Position Purpose
To deliver great candidate and employee experience to attract the right people, to recruit and retain them in the organization.
a. Build employer brand with necessary outreach to promote social awareness and generate positive recruitment result.
b. Lead and plan for talent acquisition activities, such as career day, campus branding and recruitment, career fairs and talks etc.
c. Continuous improvement on recruitment policy, process and system for sustainable results within budget and in compliance.
d. Provide support in talent retention initiatives.
e. Custodian of local Traineeship, Tertiary Partnership and On-boarding Program.
Responsibilities
1. Strengthen employer brand to attract the right candidates to join the organization.
2. Plan and execute activities to recruit and retain talents to meet the business needs. Tracking of timeline and ensure objective of event/plan is achieved and to lead the attraction, sourcing and hiring of Team Member, Trainee Manager, Intern and RSC roles.
3. Review recruitment policy, process and system and to conceptualise and execute outreach programmes and marketing collaterals to reach out to potential candidates.
4. Plan and propose annual activities calendar.
i. Restaurant/Call Centre Service Centre/Office recruitment.
ii. Career sites/Social media marketing.
iii. Career fair/Career talk/Campus.
iv. Foreign intakes.
v. On-boarding for newly hired/promoted management and RSC.
5. Negotiate agency contracts and manage recruitment budget and foreign quota/levy.
6. Ensure fair recruitment practices in screening, interviewing and selection at all times follow up with ensuring reference and background checks are completed.
7. Upkeep and develop new effective recruitment channels (Referral, Career fair, campus, e2i etc) and to recommend design and communication for recruitment collaterals as well as to maintain adequate supplies and resources.
8. Co-conduct and facilitate interview for potential candidate selection and job offer and to conduct follow up interviews with new hires within 60 days of commencement.
9. Review social media storyboard/landing page/job postings to ensure standards are maintained.
10. Prepare and administer contracts for office in accordance to PDPA and company policy.
11. Analyse and benchmark data to provide recommendations in bi-weekly reports and also with timely and accurate update on recruitment tracking, plans and results.
12. Other project as assigned.
