- Provide office secretarial, administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of the office, with particular focus on the conveyancing matters.
- Able to handle ELS and conveyancing matters including sub-sale, loan documentation and real-property projects in residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- Corresponding, communicating with clients, developers, bankers, law firms and various government agencies.
- Arrange and coordinate meeting appointments and business schedules.
- Ensure proper filing and archival of documents.
- Work consultatively with the respective team members on ad-hoc projects from time-to-time.
- Participate effectively in ad-hoc projects assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in conveyancing.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and multi-tasking.
- Quality-focused and attention to details.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
