About the job
In this position as an Operation Manager, you will be expected to lead strategies, manage the existing team and work closely with the Insurance partners. The incumbent will also be expected to source and develop new business, clients’ management and business retention and come up with insurance advice & solutions in a timely manner.
The Operation Manager will be expected to support the HOD to ensure the department’s smooth operation and provide training, guidance and work closely with the broking teams. Ideal incumbent must be familiar with broking set-up and how the business operates. You will be managing a small team of 5 and report into the Head of Insurance.

Skills & experience required
- 5+ years of experience with insurance broking (Plines, Motor, Property & Casualty)
- Experienced and strong commercial line product knowledge
- Some sales background in Broking preferred (Non-life ideally)
- Team management or supervisory experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, good problem-solving and presentation skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, team player and pro-active working attitude
